Band Afterdrive Inspires Students at Saint George C of E School

The session combined live music with important conversations, giving students the chance to enjoy the band's original songs while also exploring topics that affect young people every day.

Throughout the visit, the band spoke about the value of friendship, how to deal with disagreements in a positive way, the importance of looking after mental health, and why kindness can make a real difference in school and beyond.

Using music as a way to engage and connect with students, Afterdrive encouraged everyone to support one another, communicate openly, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength.

A big thank you to the staff and students at Saint George C of E School for such a warm welcome. It was a fantastic visit, and we look forward to returning to more schools to share music and positive messages with young people.
