This Week is Mental Health Week 🧠💚

At a time when young people face more pressures than ever, Mental Health Week is a powerful reminder of the importance of emotional well-being — and it's something we're committed to every single day.

Supporting the mental health of children and young people is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's through music, storytelling, or real conversations, our mission is to create safe, inspiring spaces where students feel seen, heard, and understood.
This week, our incredible team of artists has been out in schools, delivering more than just performances. They’re opening up conversations about emotions, anxiety, identity, and resilience — helping students realise that they are not alone and that it's okay to not be okay.
We’ve seen firsthand the impact these visits can have. A simple lyric or shared story can spark a moment of connection that stays with a student long after the performance ends. For many, it’s the first time they’ve felt encouraged to speak openly about how they feel.
Mental Health Week is a great moment to reflect, but our work doesn’t stop here. Let’s keep the conversation going — breaking the stigma around mental health one school, one performance, one student at a time. 💬🎶
